strategy\nWork with seniors to map each deal: stakeholders, objections, timelines, and competitors\nDraft deal plans and close strategies, and track what's needed to move each deal forward\nCRM and pipeline hygiene\nKeep the CRM accurate and current (contacts, stages, notes, next actions, deal size)\nPrepare weekly pipeline summaries and flag stalled or at-risk deals\nBeyond the basics (where you add real value)\nTrack market trends, competitor moves, and client news to spot timely openings\nAnalyze won and lost deals to improve messaging and targeting\nSuggest new segments, partnerships, or referral channels\nHelp create thought-leadership posts to share with prospects.\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts\nTest and improve outreach sequences, tracking what converts\nWhat we're looking for\nMust-haves\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nStrong skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva, with an eye for clean, persuasive design,comfort with a CRM \nHighly organized, with a reliable follow-up habit\nResilience, curiosity, and a hunger to learn\nNice-to-haves\nExperience in SaaS/AI sales\nFamiliarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn
