Your expertise will help us harness the power of generative AI to unlock new insights, automate processes, and enhance decision-making across the organization.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDesign & Develop Generative AI Solutions \nArchitect, build, and optimize generative AI models and pipelines tailored to business needs. \nDevelop scalable, production-ready AI applications integrating natural language processing, computer vision, or other generative AI techniques. \nExperiment with state-of-the-art generative AI frameworks and tools to push innovation boundaries. \nSolution Architecture & Integration \nDesign robust, scalable architectures for AI-driven applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data infrastructure. \nEvaluate and select appropriate cloud services, APIs, and tools to support AI workflows. \nEnsure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards. \nTechnical Ownership & Collaboration:\nPartner with data scientists, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. \nProvide technical guidance on AI model selection, training, tuning, and deployment strategies. \nCollaborate in agile teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions iteratively. \nPerformance Monitoring & Optimization \nMonitor model performance and application metrics to ensure reliability and accuracy. \nContinuously optimize AI models and system components for efficiency and scalability. \nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments. \nInnovation & Knowledge Sharing:\nStay current with advances in generative AI, machine learning, and related technologies. \nShare knowledge and best practices across the team and broader organization. \nContribute to building a culture of innovation and continuous learning. \nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. \n5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML engineering roles.\nProven experience developing and deploying generative AI or advanced machine learning solutions. \nStrong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. \nPassion for innovation and applying AI to solve real-world business challenges. \nStrong collaboration skills with Product Owners and cross-functional teams. \nPassion for driving technical excellence, operational efficiency, and delivering impactful products. \nProven success working in and promoting a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment. \nTechnical Skills Requirements\n Hands-on experience with generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI models like GPT, Whisper, RealTime, and Claude, Gemini), natural language processing and prompt engineering. \n Hands-on experience deploying and scaling AI solutions into web apps or enterprise applications (e.g. Django framework). \n Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.\n Strong familiarity with cloud platforms and services (preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI-related tools (e.g., Azure Databricks, Azure Cognitive Services). \n Experience with large-scale/distributed computing environments (e.g., Apache Spark). \n Proficiency in DevOps practices for AI/ML model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. \n Expertise in data manipulation and processing using tools like Pandas, PySpark, or equivalent. \n Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD pipelines. \n Solid foundation in statistics, experimental design, and model evaluation metrics. \nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams. \nPhysical Position Requirements:\nParsippany Preferred location\nHybrid Office work (or home office, if remote) \nAbility to travel occasionally for field visits, training, or meetings (less than 10% of time) \nThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $151,000.
