Overtime, weekend, and holidays may be required.\nPosition Responsibilities\nAssembly viral and bacterial antigens into final serials.\nUnderstand and apply excellent aseptic technique as it relates to serial production.\nUnderstand, follow, and complete process documentation in support of GMP.\nMaintain accurate inventories of bulk fluids and other components.\nPerform environmental monitoring.\nMaintain equipment and facilities in proper working order.\nUnderstand and follow safety policies as they relate to biological and chemical components and equipment to protect personnel and maintain product quality.\nAssist in preparation of SOPs and validation of procedures.\nTrain in all functions of the Assembly department and perform other duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience\nHigh School graduate or equivalent required.\nTwo years post-secondary education with biological coursework desirable.\nPreference given t applicants with relevant experience in biological production and/or aseptic manufacturing.\nBasic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, computer skills, and working knowledge of metric system.\nPhysical Position Requirements\nExposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, noise, live steam, temperature fluctuations, biohazards, continuous standing and lifting to a maximum of 50 lbs.\nWeekend and holiday work may be required.\nFull timeRegularColleagueAny unsolicited resumes sent to Zoetis from a third party, such as an Agency recruiter, including unsolicited resumes sent to a Zoetis mailing address, fax machine or email address, directly to Zoetis employees, or to Zoetis resume database will be considered Zoetis property.
