Knowledge in Graph-DB is a plus.\nPeople Management: Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.\n\nAzure Data Factory & Data Bricks:\nDesign and develop data pipelines, workflows, and data transformation processes.\nIntegrate various data sources to ensure seamless data flow between systems.\nOptimize data processing and storage for performance and cost-efficiency.\nDatabases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Azure Databases):\nDesign, implement, and maintain database systems, including PostgreSQL and Azure databases.\nMonitor and optimize database performance.\nImplement robust backup and recovery strategies.\n\nETL/ELT Concepts:\nExtract data from various sources.\nTransform data to meet business requirements.\nLoad data into target systems efficiently.\n\nDevOps and Agile Methodologies:\nImplement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\nUse Git for version control and collaboration.\nApply Agile methodologies for project management and delivery.\n\nCross-Team Collaboration:\nWork closely with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.\nCollaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security controls.\nEngage with business partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.\n\nProblem-Solving and Attention to Detail:\nDemonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\nIdentify and resolve issues promptly within SLA guidelines, providing ongoing support to business users.\nExperience with data analysis, data modelling, data profiling and architecting data analytic solutions.\n\nLeadership and Team Support:\nLead and support the team to maintain high-quality standards in deliverables.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless project delivery.\n\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES \nDesign and develop data solutions using Azure Data Factory & Data Bricks - 40%\nOversee ETL/ELT processes along with manage and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines. Extract data from various sources. Transform data to meet business requirements. Load data into target systems efficiently - 20%\nTechno Functional Management and People Management - 20%\nCross-Team collaboration, Dev-ops & Agile methodologies - 10%\nGlobal Manufacturing Supply process understanding like production planning, quality, inventory, and supply chain. MES (execution system) understanding, and SAP-ERP landscape - 10%\n\nORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS\nInteracting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.\nParticipate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for DDA projects.\nInteracting with external vendors or partners who provide software or services that need to be integrated with DDA systems. \nWork with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.\nCoordinate with developers and other members of the team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE \nEducation:\nBachelors/master's degree in computer science/applications. \n\nExperience:\n8-10+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering/Science with 6+ years experience in Data Engineering/Science, and almost 1+ years in Lead Role.\n\nHands-on experience in Azure Data Factory and Data Bricks.\nExpertise in Python, Databases Management, ETL/ELT Concepts.\nStrong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nExperience with data analysis, data modelling, data profiling and architecting data analytic solutions.\nDevOps and Agile Methodologies\nCI/CD Pipelines: Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.\nVersion Control: Use Git for version control and collaboration.\nAgile Practices: Apply Agile methodologies for project management and delivery.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS\nAzure Data Factory, Data Bricks, ETL/ELT, DB Management, Python, SQL, Viz.
