Our dynamic and multi-disciplinary team has deep expertise in video game, XR, and web tool design and leverages a robust product development pipeline.\nWe work for a diverse mix of government and commercial clients.\nThe Role\nThe Director of Business Development & Program Management will be highly experienced in driving business through every phase of the sales cycle, from developing and qualifying business opportunities, GOVT bringing opportunities successfully through the capture process including seeing contracts through execution, managing customer relationships through the life of the project, and ensuring follow-on success.\nThe ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be self-directed, while collaborating closely with a diverse team of professionals.\nResponsibilities:\nSuccessfully drive business development and sales process across a diverse set of opportunities, industries, and government and private sector clients. \nSeek out and acquire new customers across a variety of disciplines \nWork directly with customers to determine and define requirements and identify potential growth opportunities for Zoic Labs. \nProvide meaningful contributions toward Business Development Strategy, Sales, and Proposal writing. \nDevelop sales demonstrations and presentations as needed for various client industries and recipients. \nKey Qualifications:\n5+ years of successful sales and/or business development focused experience. \nExtensive customer relationship and networking experience \nSales background related to the following industries preferred: Private sector technology, Defense (DoD), Space Community, U.S. intelligence community, media. \nKnowledge and experience with Government contracts and negotiations \nDemonstrated ability to learn new technical subjects quickly, communicate effectively, and appreciate technical subtleties. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nTechnical proposal writing experience \nDemonstrated ability to navigate successfully in an ambiguous environment with flexible infrastructure and process, with a positive attitude. \nAbility to travel as needed for client meetings, conference events and networking opportunities \nDesirable Qualifications (not required):\nExperience managing software products with graphics and/or visualization related features. \nKnowledgeable of the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR), North American Classification System (NAICS), and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) \nSecurity clearance eligibility (see below for more info). \nAdditional Info\nCandidates will need to be located in the U.S and able to successfully pass and obtain a DoD clearance.\nThis is a remote (work-from-home position)\nPay Range: 140k-160k DOE with bonus structure (The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position)\nZoic Studios participates in the eVerify program\nThis job description contains the basic requirements for the position and is NOT intended to be a complete list of responsibilities; other duties may be assigned\nDue to the volume of applications we receive across our different openings we regret that only those selected to interview will be contacted\n Security Clearance:Successful applicant for this position must be eligible to obtain a DoD clearance or government customer access to classified/sensitive material.
