You'll coach, train and set our team of Sidekicks (operations team) up for success.The role of a Duty Manager is very versatile and fast-paced. You’ll support our operational team when and where needed, empowering them to be their best and to provide the true Zoku experience while keeping excellent service standards and facilities on par.\nYou’ll report to our General Manager and work amongst a team of enthusiastic, highly motivated Duty Managers where each individual will specialize in a specific area of service. In this case, we’re looking for someone who will serve as a rooms specialist and/or has a background in the Food & Beverage industry. In this role, you will play a key role in the pre-opening of our newest Zoku.\n\nWHAT WILL YOU DO?\nNo day looks the same as a Duty Manager, but here is a glimpse of what you can expect:\n\nBe a smooth operator: Actively support our Sidekicks on the floor, jump in when needed and act as the contact person for larger resident requests.\n\nLead the team: Coach, guide and train the operational team, ensuring that the Zoku values are embodied on the work floor, while always having fun and ensuring excellent service.\n\nBe a problem solver: Act quickly when issues arise and mediate tasks when no one else is available, adopting the right safety and security procedures along the way.\n\nBecome the Jack/Jane of all trades: As the main contact person with our outsourced housekeeping party, you’ll coordinate maintenance tasks, structure all rooms-related procedures, manage restaurants reservations and check the payment handling.\n\nWHAT’S IN FOR YOU?\nFull-time position working in our Zoku Paris rooftop spaces.\n\nEnough holiday days (in accordance with the market) to relax and unwind throughout the year.\n\nA fun, young, multi-national company with colleagues from across the globe to meet, learn and grow from.\n\nA friends and family rate at all of our locations in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Vienna and Paris.\n\nFun events throughout the year to celebrate achievements and milestones.\n\nRequirements\nWE LOVE PEOPLE WHO\nBring good vibes to the work floor, are genuinely friendly, approachable, and empathetic.\n\nAre social butterflies who love to connect with others and get to know new people.\n\nHave an entrepreneurial spirit and are flooding with new ideas.\n\nAre multi-tasking pros, handling multiple priorities, projects, and responsibilities while keeping a cool head and a warm heart.\n\nHave an international background -
