It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL!\nWork Location : Philippines\nAbout the role\nWe are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of ZOLL’s resuscitation products, services, and solutions across Hospitals, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and Public Safety segments. This role will provide strategic insight into sales and marketing initiatives, identify new growth opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to expand market presence and drive sustainable revenue growth.\nEssential Functions\nExecute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives\n\nDevelop and manage territory plans using structured calling systems\n\nPromote products directly to healthcare professionals, hospital staff, military personnel, EMS, and PAD segments\n\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities and create market demand\n\nConduct market research and support evaluations of new products\n\nMaintain and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts\n\nDrive marketing strategies in alignment with overall business goals\n\nCollaborate with marketing partners to develop initiatives that accelerate growth\n\nMonitor performance against strategic objectives, analyze market trends, and identify competitive advantages\n\nDeliver regular, structured reporting and maintain accurate records using Salesforce.com\n\nLead and support teams to achieve defined market and revenue targets\n\nRequired/Preferred Education and Experience\nUniversity degree or equivalent qualification\n\nOver 5 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, preferably in equipment sales and business development\n\nProven experience selling into hospitals, EMS, or public safety sectors preferred\n\nDemonstrated experience leading teams to achieve targeted market goals\n\nZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
