ZOLL Itamar’s corporate headquarters, research and development and manufacturing are located in Israel with U.S. headquarters based in Atlanta, GA.\nJob Type\nHybrid\nJob Summary\nController will assist with all aspects of the accounting function including Bank, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoices, payments, reconciliations, general ledger, provisioning, and all accounting functions. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nEssential Functions\nPerform balance sheet account reconciliations and reviews.\nResponsible for reviewing journal entries.\nSupervise and manage accounting department and employees.\nReview and approve vendor payments.\nAssist with all aspects of the accounting function including Bank, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoices, payments, reconciliations, general ledger, provisioning, and all accounting functions.\nEnsure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.\nEnsure all financial data is accurate, timely and complete for management review.\nSupport budgeting and forecasting activities.\nTravel and expense review, analysis, and auditing\nManage interactions with tax authorities (opening and closing new state accounts sales tax and withholding tax).\nAssistance with quarterly external/internal and annual audits.
