It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL!\nJob Summary\nResponsible for providing guidance, support to field on-site and PM technicians and performing onsite product support to assigned customer accounts. Product support consists of logistics, deployments, on-site troubleshooting of product, Preventive Maintenance (PM) and software upgrades. Management of software distribution and EDHR updates.\nEssential Functions\nDirect involvement with staffing of department\nProduct support on-site, via telephone and through field technicians.\nAssist customer with application of equipment.\nEscalates customer related issues to Service Manager and CQA Account Manager.\nPerforms troubleshooting on-site and corresponds with ZOLL Tech Support staff to document activity\nPerforms on-site PMs.\nMust train yearly, a minimum of 40 hours in ZOLL related products and maintain proficiency.\nPotential for deployments to other customers in region at the direction of the manager.\nAble to maintain customer specific information related to service activity.\nMonthly reporting of department metrics for on-site coverage and PM performance.\nProvide software upgrades as requested.\nSpecial Projects as assigned.\n Required/Preferred Education and Experience\nTechnical Degree (2 year minimum) or equivalent work experience. required\nPrior work experience interfacing with external customers, preferred and\nValid driver’s license required and\nCredit card in good standing for expenses related to travel required\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nExcellent verbal & written communication skills.\nAbility to meet objectives.\nAbility to work independently.\nOrganizational skills.\nExperience with computers and Microsoft Office.\nTravel Requirements\n90% Up to 90% travel required depending\nZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
