Do not apply for this role if you will need ZOLL immigration sponsorship (e.g. H1B, TN, STEM, OPT, etc.) either now or in the future.\nJob Summary\nIn-Process and Final Inspection of all medical device products manufactured and distributed by ZOLL Medical Pawtucket to ensure conformance to specifications.\nEssential Functions\nPerforms in-process and final inspection of all product lines and areas for conformance to specifications (inspection procedures and engineering drawings), conducting visual inspection and testing components/assemblies in production.\nVerify Calibration status of critical equipment and instrumentation.\nMaintains and records quality testing information as part of a DHR (Device History Record).\nInitiates DMR’s (Discrepant Material Report) for nonconforming material.\nUnderstands and ensures compliance to procedures.\nPopulate required inspection metric information.\nPrepare retain samples for storage.\nCompletes all tasks within established guidelines. Understands and apply principles of GMP.\nMaintains work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.\nMust be able to work in a Team environment, multi-task and communicate effectively.\nRequired/Preferred Education and Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\n1 - 2 years’ experience in related position, or a sufficient combination of the two. required\n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nProficient in the English language (speak, read and write).\nProficient in the use of basic Dimensional Measuring Tools.\nProficient in basic computer skills.\nAbility to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).\nAbility to read specifications, procedures, and engineering drawings, basic blueprint reading.\nStrong attention to detail\nZOLL Medical does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
