Assist in handling and arranging various aspects of international shipments from inception, documentation, shipment, distribution and AES filing according to customer requirements. Process shipping paperwork ensuring timely and accurate delivery and compliance with all regulations regarding US Customs and DOT regulations.\nEssential Functions\nSupport the international team by creating the documentation required to move medical devices around the world.\n\nProvide resolution to complex issues to provide a best in class customer experience.\n\nLiaison between ZOLL, freight forwarders and parcel carriers to ensure timely delivery of ZOLL products to ZOLL’s BPs and end customers.\n\nWork in conjunction with the Global Trade Compliance team to ensure the shipments follow the stringent guidelines of export regulations.\n\nRequired/Preferred Education and Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\n\nCollege graduate preferred\n\n3+ plus years’ experience in international shipping and documentation required\n\nCertification for the transport of lithium batteries with IATA, IMDG & DOT regulations Preferred\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nProficiency in basic computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook email, Internet search capability, adobe acrobat.\n\nExperience with Oracle is preferred.
