The individual will be responsible for providing leadership for a portion of the product portfolio. This position will be upstream in nature and will be responsible for life cycle management of the product portfolio.\nEssential Functions\nProvide portfolio leadership and vision\n\nSuccessfully define and deliver products that anticipate the needs of the marketplace.\n\nDevelop and manage portfolio roadmaps for assigned products based on a deep understanding of customer, market, and business needs.\n\nCraft impactful business models and present recommendations to senior leadership.\n\nGuide product development to ensure market & business needs are met\n\nAct as the product expert for assigned products, staying fluent in the clinical needs and product use cases across various markets.\n\nBe the Voice of the Customer for assigned products, developing customer requirements and proposing new product concepts.\n\nAct as the Product Owner to ensure that VoC and market/business needs are defined during the development process.\n\nDrive alignment of Code Data within the Resuscitation business\n\nWork proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to communicate market needs, product value, and global strategies for assigned products.\n\nCoordinate with product managers, market managers, and Product Owners to ensure integration requirements are successfully communicated and implemented.\n\nEnsure continuous alignment around project timelines and expectations between project team members and management.\n\nDrive the team to timely and effective execution against established projects and priorities.\n\nHelp to drive the success of the Code Data portfolio\n\nAssist in the development of business plans that grow the market opportunity for the Code Data portfolio.\n\nAnalyze competitive offerings to identify differentiators for ZOLL.\n\nBuild relationships with partners as needed to support the overall ZOLL business.\n\nRequired/Preferred Education and Experience\nBachelor's degree in marketing/business/engineering required or Equivalent required\n\n3-7 years of relevant product and/or market experience required\n\nAgile software product management experience preferred\n\nHealthcare data experience a plus\n\nExperience working in a geographically diverse, matrixed organization a plus\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nDemonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.\n\nAbility to translate technical information into meaningful sales and customer messaging.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.\n\nA proven track record of developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex projects/tasks.\n\nStrong time management and organization skills.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication and social skills.\n\nZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
