It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL!\nJob Summary\nReporting to a Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all material flow and transactions into and out of the assigned department in order to promote efficiency and achieve schedule attainment. In addition, performs and documents the testing of the products to ensure conformance to specifications using various testing equipment.\nEssential Functions\nWork with the Production Planning team and Production Supervisor to execute a detailed build schedule that assures attainment of customer requirements.\nMonitor build schedules and ensure that all required materials/components have been requested, are available and delivered.\nInform Production Supervisor of any shortcoming that adversely impact production.\nBased on production schedule, coordinate the timely printing of labels for work orders.\nReview labels for compliance with established standards and ensures an adequate number are available to support the scheduled build.\nTrack work-in-progress (WIP) from start of work order to completion of build to include paperwork and movement of product through the process and in Oracle.\nCreate and coordinate DMR and MRB activities related to product built by the assigned department.\nAbility to coordinate, execute and perform Line Clearance / Line Load per SOP-654.\nInspect, test and document Tin to Wire products for compliance to specifications using testing instruments and captures results on QC-1442.\nInspect, perform and document Leak Test of products for compliance to specifications using testing instruments and captures results on QC-1443.\nFill out required fields in Oracle DHR and perform Oracle move transactions for the Manufacturing DHR review per SOP-1007.\nRequired/Preferred Education and Experience\nHigh School Diploma required or \n Equivalent required \n Three-to-five years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to production scheduling desirable. required and\n Experience with use of mechanical test equipment. required \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nSelf-motivated and detailed oriented \nCapable of reading and understanding work orders and production schedules \nStrong communications skills - ability review details, assess a situation and communicate same to the Production team \nGood computer skills - use of Microsoft Office, Oracle and production tracking software required \nZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
