Do not apply for this role if you will need ZOLL immigration sponsorship (e.g. H1B, TN, STEM, OPT, etc.) either now or in the future.\nJob Summary\nPerform a lead role to manage the planning, resource coordination, scheduling, budgeting and execution of assigned projects, ensuring that projects are delivered within the planned schedule, budget, and scope.\nEssential Functions\nResponsible for the project management and project-related reporting functions within Manufacturing Engineering.\n\nPrepare project plans, schedules and budgets by using project management tools.\n\nCommunicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the life cycle of the project.\n\nDrive project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans.\n\nMaintain and update the primary project documents to ensure current cost and schedule information.\n\nIdentify critical paths and roadblocks within a project and offer solutions to roadblocks.\n\nDefine key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks and clearly communicate roles, expectations and accountabilities to team members on a regular basis.\n\nDevelop relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure a timely understanding of both project and financial performance.\n\nAssure project quality by using standard development methodologies and by working with Quality to develop and execute project quality plans.\n\n Required/Preferred Education and Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required\n\n3 - 5 years of experience in project management of medical device or comparable work experience, required and\n\nAny similar combination of education and experience required\n\nCertified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nStrong communications and time management skills\n\nWorking knowledge on Equipment / Process Validation and pFMEA development\n\nStrong background in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and FDA 21 CFR 820\n\nFinancial and accounting acumen\n\nZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
