It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL!\nJob Summary\nThe Refurbished Equipment Coordinator is responsible for managing both the refurbishment inventory process and overall asset management for ZOLL Medical's factory refurbished program. This role combines hands-on operational tasks-such as classifying returned inventory, coordinating warehouse movements, and matching devices to refurbishment orders. The coordinator will also be responsible for communicating with sales and performing data analysis of our inventory with respect to incoming orders and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be both detail-oriented in managing daily inventory tasks and proactive in driving operational improvements across the inventory lifecycle.\nEssential Functions\nInventory Classification & Coordination:\n\nCoordinate equipment movement from warehouse to depot and ensure organized storage.\n\nSelectively move equipment into the depot based on pending orders and min-max criteria for refurb catalogs.\n\nRefurbishment Order & Process Management:\n\nMatch pending refurbishment orders with suitable returned devices.\n\nSegregate and tag equipment for part salvage, conversion or disposal.\n\nAsset & Inventory Reporting:\n\nMonitor backlog, generate status reports, and provide real-time stock visibility to our sales orgs.\n\nUpdate in-stock quantities and maintain ERP records.\n\nTeam Collaboration & Process Improvement:\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.\n\nIdentify operational enhancements to reduce turnaround times and optimize asset use.\n\nWork closely with sales team to answer questions on inventory availability, lead times and pricing.\n\nWork directly between the sales team and our service depot on large volume orders to ensure timely refurbishment and order fulfillment.\n\nPerform regular data analysis of inventory to ensure proper inventory management and to reduce lead times for incoming orders.\n\nRequired/Preferred Education and Experience\nHigh School Diploma\n\nA minimum of 2-4 years in inventory management, supply chain, or asset management roles within a regulated environment is preferred.\n\nCandidates with customer facing experience are preferred.\n\n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nDemonstrated ability to manage both operational tasks and strategic asset oversight.\n\nTechnical Proficiency:\n\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data tracking and reporting.\n\nOperational & Regulatory Expertise:\n\nExperience with inventory classification, refurbishment process management, and asset tracking.\n\nKey Soft Skills:\n\nAttention to Detail: Capable of accurate classification, documentation, and inventory monitoring.\n\nOrganizational & Analytical Skills: Able to manage multiple priorities, analyze backlogs, and drive process improvements.\n\nCommunication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.\n\nProblem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in addressing operational challenges.\n\nPerform regular data analysis of inventory to ensure proper inventory management and to reduce lead times for incoming orders.\n\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nStanding - Occasionally\n\nWalking - Occasionally\n\nSitting - Constantly\n\nTalking - Occasionally\n\nHearing - Occasionally\n\nRepetitive Motions - Frequently\n\nZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
