Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations, this role provides senior leadership, defining and driving infrastructure strategy while ensuring execution aligned to enterprise objectives.\nThe Senior Manager partners with IT and enterprise stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure that infrastructure platforms are reliable, secure, cost-efficient, and aligned with ZOLL's mission. This role is accountable for strategic direction, operational excellence, financial management, lifecycle governance, and organizational development within the IT Infrastructure organization, supporting ZOLL's strategic goals for enterprise resilience and modernization.\nEssential Functions\nLeadership and Strategy\nHelp define, evolve and execute the Infrastructure & Operations strategy in alignment with Global IT and enterprise leadership\nLead multiple IT Infrastructure functions through managers, establishing organizational structure, accountability, and performance outcomes\nOwn and drive multi-year infrastructure roadmaps, translating business strategy into technology capabilities as well as investment priorities and skill development\nFoster collaboration across geographically distributed teams, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement\no Serve as a trusted and strategic partner to business stakeholders and internal IT teams, influencing technology direction and investment decisions\no Represent Global IT Infrastructure at senior leadership and executive levels, providing strategic updates on priorities, risks, financials and outcomes, and helping drive alignment on key decisions\nOperational and Technical Management\nProvide senior leadership with oversight of IT Infrastructure operations including availability, capacity, performance, and security of global systems\nEstablish and govern enterprise-wide KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and operational maturity, tracking KPIs and initiating service improvements based on trends and root-cause analysis\nHelp define and execute Global IT Infrastructure business continuity and disaster recovery strategy, including executive reporting and risk alignment\nPartner with Security and Architecture teams to ensure processes, governance, and solutions comply with enterprise security and risk standards, supporting frameworks like ITIL, HIPAA, or ISO27001\nOwn and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery to optimize quality and cost effectiveness\nFinancial and Resource Management\nManage infrastructure budgets, including forecasting and cost optimization\nDrive cloud financial management (FinOps) and data center cost efficiency initiatives\nEvaluate and prioritize capital and operational investments based on business value and ROI\nAlign resources across teams and initiatives to support strategic objectives\nModernization and Continuous Improvement\nLead IT Infrastructure wide transformation Development\nLead, mentor and develop managers, supervisors, and senior technical leaders building a strong leadership pipeline\nConduct regular one-on-one meetings, goal setting, and performance an enterprise environment required\n4-6 years proven experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure across hybrid environments required\n1-3 years Demonstrated success implementing governance,
