It's a great time to be a part of ZOLL!\nJob Summary\nThe Senior Project Manager plays a key leadership role in driving business transformation and system or process initiatives across the organization. This position is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept through delivery - ensuring that initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.\nAs a strategic leader and skilled communicator, the Senior Project Manager fosters strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, promotes accountability across teams, and ensures alignment with business objectives. This role may include direct leadership and development of other Project Managers or project team members.\nEssential Functions\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects that span multiple business units and functions.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using standard project management tools and methodologies.\nManage project scope, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation strategies.\nCommunicate clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders, executives, and project teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.\nDrive accountability by defining key milestones, deliverables, and performance measures (KPIs) for each initiative.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure project success.\nProvide mentorship, coaching, and day-to-day leadership for Project Managers and project team members as appropriate.\nChampion best practices in project management, supporting the continuous improvement of tools, templates, and processes across the department.\nCollaborate with leadership to align project outcomes with strategic business objectives and transformation goals.\n Required/Preferred Education and Experience\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience\n5+ years of experience leading cross-functional business transformation or IT projects\nCertified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Preferred\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nProven success managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\nExceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills - with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.\nDemonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to coach, mentor, and develop project teams.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both strategically and tactically.\nAdvanced proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.\nExperience managing other Project Managers or large project teams.\nExperience in healthcare, medical devices, or other highly regulated industries.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nStanding - Occasionally\nWalking - Occasionally\nSitting - Constantly\nTalking - Occasionally\nHearing - Occasionally\nRepetitive Motions - Frequently\nZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
