But it's our unique opportunity to impact people's lives that makes ZOLL the ideal place to build your career.\nJob Type\nHybrid\nJob Summary\nThe Software QA Engineer will be a key member of the IT Applications team, focused on Salesforce and enterprise integrations. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce and other enterprise application platforms by designing and executing both automated and manual test plans.\nEssential Functions\nDefine department-wide quality standards, testing methodologies, and release governance processes\nTranslate business requirements and acceptance criteria into functional, comprehensive test cases covering positive, negative, and regression scenarios.\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and infrastructure from scratch\nExecute test plans and report defects using appropriate QA tools, ensuring traceability between business requirements/stories and test coverage.\nAnalyze, track, and report defects and support the resolution of production issues through root cause analysis and replication in test environments.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver backlog enhancements and project work in iterative release cycles.\nMentor QA engineers, champion a culture of quality, and solve complex technical bottlenecks across teams\nConduct ongoing testing and validation to maintain the stability and performance of integrated enterprise applications.\n Required/Preferred Education and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and test automation.\n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nExperience with API testing and validating system integrations with external platforms.\nExperience in validating distributed, highly available AWS architectures, data pipelines, and security compliance.\nExperience in designing automation frameworks for large-scale enterprise platforms like Salesforce (including Apex, custom objects, and managed packages).\nKnowledge of healthcare data standards, specializing in the architecture, validation, and compliance testing of HL7 and FHIR API messaging structures is a strong plus.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nStanding - Occasionally\nWalking - Occasionally\nSitting - Constantly\nTalking - Occasionally\nHearing - Occasionally\nRepetitive Motions - Frequently\nZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
