TherOx SSO2 Therapy is the first FDA-approved therapy since the stent 20+ years ago to reduce infarct size in patients with the most severe heart attacks.\nJob Summary\nAs a working lead, provide guidance and leadership for the day-to-day activities to the subordinate staff\nEssential Functions\nSet forth daily work schedules for production personnel with supervisor approval.\nMonitor, guide, discipline, and write performance appraisals for subordinate staff.\nManage production schedule based on build plan and/or sales order requirements.\nWork with manufacturing engineering to improve processes and reduce assembly time.
