This role carries direct accountability for ARR contribution, CAC, payback, and LTV, and requires strong ownership across paid, affiliate, and programmatic channels in a global fintech environment. Own marketing-driven revenue growth by building scalable acquisition engines with predictable ROI, strong unit economics, and disciplined execution.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nRevenue Ownership & Growth\nOwn end-to-end revenue outcomesfrom performance marketing channels\n\nDrive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization aligned to ARR, LTV/CAC, ROAS, and payback targets\n\nForecast revenue contribution and performance impact on a weekly and monthly basis\n\nScale revenue profitably across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Affiliate Marketing, and Programmatic platforms\n\nChannel Execution & Scaling\nBuild and optimize high-spend, revenue-efficient campaign structures across paid and affiliate channels\n\nLead experimentation focused on revenue uplift, not vanity metrics\n\nOptimize full-funnel performance-from click to activation to repeat usage\n\nDrive channel-level profitability and budget reallocation based on marginal ROAS\n\nAffiliate & Partner Revenue\nOwn affiliate-led revenue growthacross publishers, partners, and networks\n\nBuild scalable affiliate acquisition models with strong fraud controls and payout efficiency\n\nExpand high-intent, performance-driven partnerships to deliver incremental revenue\n\nFunnel, Product & Conversion Impact\nPartner with Product, Growth, Analytics, and Engineering to improve activation rates, onboarding, pricing signals, and revenue conversion\n\nInfluence product and funnel decisions using revenue-backed insights\n\nIdentify and fix revenue leakage across the customer journey\n\nData, Attribution & Business Reviews\nOwn attribution models, dashboards, and revenue reporting\n\nTrack and analyze ARR contribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort performance, and funnel drop-offs\n\nPresent clear revenue insights and recommendations to senior leadership\n\nBudget Ownership & Governance\nOwn and deploy multi-crore monthly budgetswith strict ROI accountability\n\nSet guardrails for CAC, payback, and profitability while scaling spend\n\nIdentify new geographies, channels, and programmatic opportunities to unlock revenue\n\nTeam Leadership\nBuild and lead a high-performance, revenue-accountable marketing team\n\nSet clear revenue KPIs and ownership for each team member and agency partner\n\nEstablish best-in-class revenue playbooks, operating rhythms, and governance\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field\n\nGoogle Ads, Meta Blueprint, and Programmatic certifications are a plus\n\nExperience & Skills\n7+ years of experience in revenue-driven performance marketing\n\n2-3+ years of people leadership experience\n\nMandatory experience in an online, product-led business(fintech preferred)\n\nDemonstrated success in scaling paid and affiliate channels with clear revenue ownership\n\nDeep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate platforms, and Programmatic buying\n\nStrong experience with analytics, attribution, and revenue forecasting tools(GA, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)\n\nStrong business judgment with a deep understanding of unit economics and growth trade-off.\n\nPreferred\nExperience scaling performance marketing in the US market\n\nExposure to DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar programmatic
