This role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset, eagerness to learn, and a go-getter attitude who can balance legal expertise with business needs in a fast-paced environment.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAdvise on cross-border legal and compliance matters, including data protection, FEMA, and RBI guidelines.\n\nDraft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including SaaS, IT services, IP licenses, collaboration, staffing, marketing, hardware, and NDAs.\n\nProvide support on contract disputes, dispute resolution, and/or litigation (preferred).\n\nWork closely with senior leadership and business teams to align legal inputs with growth priorities.\n\nGain exposure to international contracting frameworks, especially across APAC and EU regions\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent or Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Bar Admission) preferred.\n\nExperience:\n2-5 years of post-qualification experience.\n\nBackground in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors preferred.
