With more than $1.8 trillion in assets under administration, we deliver end-to-end solutions and exceptional service to meet our clients’ needs.\nFor more information about Citco, please visit www.citco.com\nYour Role:\nManage and supervise a portfolio of companies of approximately 750 companies, solicit new business for the company and supervise a team of three to six persons.\nHave overall supervision of entire portfolio of companies (approximately 1,500)\nReceive, handle and distribute clients’ requests to staff within the account, and monitor progress thereof\nEnsure that the full account meets time writing targets; provide guidance and training on proper procedures related to time writing to staff\nAdvise staff on correct procedures for carrying out requests in #3 above\nHave knowledge of procedures relevant to incorporations, amendment to the Memorandum and\nArticles of Association, transfer of companies to and from other Registered Agents, liquidations, mergers, continuations and all other aspects of BVI Business Companies, and train staff on these procedures\nAttend weekly Account Managers’ meeting and lead team meetings with staff under supervision\nMonitor and pursue collection of KYC information and accounts receivables\nMonitor staff attendance and time recording on a daily/weekly basis\nEnsure account meets Citco’s risk policy requirements in regards to all business\nSchedule staff vacation to ensure that account is sufficiently staffed at all times\nPerform annual appraisals of account staff\nIdentify training needs of staff and submit to Managing Director\nManage different projects that may be assigned by Managing Director, meeting expected deadlines\nWork Modality\nMonday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Hybrid.\n\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
