Also, efficiently handle the group and personal mailbox management, ensuring that daily deadlines are met, and all postings are accurate.\nKey responsibilities\nTo be responsible for timely and accurate processing of all Demurrage, Derivative, Regular Oil/ NF, Finance Payments & Transfers, Cash Transfers, SWIFTs, Offsets, and Intercompany Payments, ensuring adherence to internal deadlines and efficiency standards. Liaise with GST/Operations personnel to ensure any queries are dealt with swiftly.\n\nProvide Proof of payment to internal Stakeholders.\n\nCreate and read reports to ensure deadlines and payment cut-offs are met with accuracy.\n\nManage foreign currency payments in coordination with the Treasury FX team, ensuring application of correct FX rates for all transactions.\n\nEfficient & systematic mailbox management. Both group and individual.\n\nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders (such as banks) for query handling and problem resolution.\n\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and process bottlenecks; propose and implement technology-driven solutions and process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints and enhance throughput\n\nCollaborate with the Technology and IT teams to troubleshoot system-related issues, test new system enhancements, and provide end-user feedback on payment processing platforms and tools\n\nRequired qualifications\nExcellent level of English, both written and oral, equivalent to B2+\n\nExcellent level of Spanish, both written and oral, equivalent to C2+\n\nBachelor's degree holders or students in their final year of study.\n\nIntermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and dashboard development\n\nDemonstrated ability to learn new software applications and systems quickly; comfort working in a technology-enabled environment.\n\nPreferred qualifications\nStudies or background in IT and/or data analysis and/or AI, is highly valued.\n\nExcel and database skills.\n\nKnowledge and experience of AI Tools, e.g. Claude Cowork and Claude Code as well as experience developing automated workflows or business intelligence solutions will be highly valued.\n\nGood understanding of financial controls.\n\nBook keeping / basic accounting experience.\n\nSwift knowledge, bank investigations background.
