This information has been de-duplicated, reconciled and enriched, becoming a consistent, reliable source.\n\nWhat You'll Do As The (MDM L2 Administrator)\n\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\n8+ years of overall technical experience and 5+ years relevant experience in MDM (Intune / JAMF / ABM)\nHands on Experience in Intune, JAMF, ABM & other MDM tools / Platform\nDeploy, configure, and maintain the MDM tools / solution.\nIntune / JAMF Pro-Administrator: Intune, Jamf Pro Suite tools, Application Packaging, and deployment\nComposer, image deployment using JAMF, creating policies for managing Mac via JAMF, Patch Management, Compliance Management, and Apple Business Manager.\nMonitor the performance and health checks of all the clients devices (Windows / Mac / Android / iOS) in the MDM Tool.\nImplement patches, updates, and upgrades to keep all the devices enabled.\nTroubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MDM platform.\nGood scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash)\nEnrolls and manage mobile devices across the organization.\nImplement policies and profiles for device configurations and security settings.\nManage mobile application lifecycles, including distribution, updates, and licenses.\nEnsure compliance with organizational security and data protection policies.\nProvide technical support and guidance to end-users.\nAssist with device onboarding and device enrolment processes.\nMonitor and enforce compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.\nConduct periodic audits and assessments of the MDM platform.\nStrong knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, Windows), device management protocols (MDM, MDE & MAM), and security best practices.\nFamiliarity with network infrastructure, security protocols, and authentication mechanisms.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWhat You Will Bring To The Team\n\nTitle – MDM L2 Administrator\n\nLocation – Bangalore, WFO\n\nExposure – Medium to large scale projects\n\nExperience – Minimum 5+ Years\n\nEducation – Graduation in any discipline\n\nReporting – Manager\n\nZones Offers a Comprehensive Benefits Package.\n\nWhile we're committed to providing top-tier solutions, we're just as committed to supporting our own teams.
