This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position, and the duties and responsibilities may change without notice.\n\nCreate the Solution Design and Offering pitch.\nWork with technology vendors and create a collaboration plan & execution plan.\nWork with the internal delivery team for solution review and signoff.\nWork with the sales team for account identification and planning.\nRun the sales enablement initiative to educate the sales and presales team. \nQualify incoming opportunities based on capabilities, risk, timelines\nUnderstand all dimensions of scope of the opportunity in its minutest detail – hardware, software, services, geography, time.\nClearly identify variables that impact the solution and elicit all required clarifications from the client.\nWork with the proposal team to ensure that the solution that has been architected and priced is articulated in a compelling manner in the appropriate submission/presentation format.\nParticipate remotely or in person in solution presentations / walk-throughs with clients.\nDevelop/improve processes, tools, and metrics that enhance the quality, speed, and productivity of the solutioning processes.\nCraft solution design and effort estimation for Smart hands and feet support, (Installation, Commissioning, and Testing) of EUC, Audio - Visual and Video Conferencing Systems.\nKnowledge of products and systems such as EUC, Audio - Visual, Video Conferencing , Digital signage, POS devices, UPS, etc\nWork with field services partners for solutions and pricing.\nKnowledge of products and systems such as Audio - Visual Systems, Video walls, Digital signage, POS devices, UPS, etc.\nEye for detail and competitive intelligence in ensuring that effort estimation, pricing, scope, and assumptions strike the right balance between the ability to win it as well as the ability to deliver it.\nAbility to create competitive proposals that reflect thought leadership and alternate creative options (when required).\nStrong presentation, public speaking and written articulation skills\n\nWhat You Will Bring To The Team\n\n10+ years of professional experience in information technology pre-sales or solution architecture with leading Technology Consulting firms\nExperience should span Hardware, Software, and Services – Professional Services and Managed Services ranging from small quick turnaround proposals to those that can span a few hundred million dollars\nAbility to articulate the solution in a compelling manner in written responses, solution presentations, and when necessary presenting the solution in an oral presentation to the client\nDeep understanding of cost and price benchmarks for products and services\nAbility to price proposals competitively thru global delivery coupled with a thorough understanding of cost-to-win and price-to-win benchmarks\nStrong knowledge of the product vendors and services providers in the IT space as well as strong knowledge of the competitive landscape.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills\nExperience working in a globally distributed team.\n\nZones offers a comprehensive Benefits package.\n\nWhile we're committed to providing top-tier solutions, we're just as committed to supporting our own teams.
