Your primary partners are the IT, security, and compliance teams who govern messaging across their organizations, and you will set product direction for their needs. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Security, and Legal to deliver experiences that are technically rigorous and operationally meaningful. This role is well suited for a technical product manager who is energized by the systems and infrastructure behind enterprise adoption at scale. This is a hybrid position that requires on-site presence two (2) days per week at our Seattle, WA office. Remote arrangements are not available for this role.\nAbout the Team\nThe Zoom Chat Product Team builds the messaging experiences millions of people rely on to get work done, along with the enterprise capabilities that allow organizations of any size to deploy Chat securely and at scale. We ship fast and adapt just as quickly, without compromising the trust our customers place in us.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the admin, compliance, and external collaboration roadmap end to end, from strategy and requirements through delivery and post-launch iteration.\nDefine admin settings and policy controls that scale from small businesses to large, regulated enterprises.\nTranslate regulatory and compliance requirements into product requirements in partnership with Security and Legal.\nBuild admin analytics and dashboards that give IT and compliance teams visibility into usage, adoption, and policy.\nShape the permissions and trust model for external users and shared channels across organizations.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to scope, sequence, and deliver features against committed timelines.\nCommunicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders across product, engineering, and go-to-market.\nDrive a consistent, unified experience across desktop, mobile, and web clients.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5 to 8 years of product management experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product or major product surface.\nExperience with messaging, collaboration, or communication products.\nExperience with enterprise admin, security, and compliance.\nDirect experience shipping AI-powered product features, with the ability to articulate the product decisions behind them.\nComfortable reasoning about system architecture, APIs, permissions, and data models alongside engineering teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to frame tradeoffs for both engineering and executive audiences.\nComfortable with a flexible schedule to support real-time collaboration with globally distributed teams, including regular early morning or evening meetings.\n\nSalary Range or On Target Earnings:\n$124,000.00 - $271,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.\nNote: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.\nWe also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations\nAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
