Approximately 10% travel is expected for on-site event execution.\nAbout the Team\nThe Field Marketing team sits within Zoom's broader Marketing organization and is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth through targeted regional and vertical event programs. We partner closely with Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, and Industry teams to design and execute experiences that connect Zoom's solutions with the customers and prospects who need them most. We are a collaborative, fast-moving team that values operational excellence, creative thinking, and measurable impact.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and optimize vertical event plans tailored to the education and healthcare sectors, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and partner organization priorities.\nManage all aspects of events across the full lifecycle, from pre-event planning and vendor coordination through on-site execution and post-event analysis.\nExecute vertical event logistics including industry trade show booths, educational workshops, healthcare events, speaking engagements, swag creation, networking receptions, and hosted ancillary events.\nBuild and manage event reporting dashboards based on KPIs, including ROI and marketing and sales metrics, to track performance and inform continuous improvement.\nOwn and manage event budgets, purchase order creation, and invoice processing to ensure accurate and timely financial accountability.\nSource, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and partners to secure the right resources for seamless event execution within budget and quality standards.\nPartner cross-functionally with Zoom executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on event strategy, deliverables, and outcomes.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of experience in event management and execution, with a track record of managing successful in-person and virtual events end to end.\nDeep understanding of the education and healthcare verticals, including compliance standards, market trends, and industry event best practices.\nExperience marketing vertical solutions at high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS companies.\nStrong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.\nProficiency with event technology platforms, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and project management tools, combined with a strong understanding of KPIs, ROI, and event metrics for goal-setting and reporting.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams, and a demonstrated team-oriented approach with leadership capability.\nProven problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly as priorities shift, with a willingness to travel approximately 10% for on-site event execution.\n\nSalary Range or On Target Earnings:\n$65,400.00 - $158,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.\nNote: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.\nWe also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations\nAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
