This role offers a genuine opportunity to deepen your expertise in enterprise secrets management, Kubernetes operations, and GitOps practices within an infrastructure team that values technical precision and continuous growth.\nAbout the Team\nThe Infrastructure Engineering team is part of Zoom's broader engineering organization, which spans eight specialized departments united around delivering seamless communication solutions at global scale. The team brings together expertise in cloud infrastructure, security, and reliability to keep Zoom's platform fast, resilient, and trusted by millions. You will work alongside engineers who are passionate about automation, observability, and building systems that grow with the product.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt, ensuring scalability and reliability across cloud (AWS, OCI) and on-premises environments.\nDeploy and manage applications using Helm and Argo CD, following GitOps principles and declarative deployment workflows.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.\nImplement and maintain Kubernetes secrets management solutions, including dynamic secrets rotation and Kubernetes-native integrations.\nContribute to highly available infrastructure deployments with a focus on security, performance, and operational excellence.\nEstablish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.\nParticipate in incident response, on-call rotations, and post-incident reviews to continuously improve system resilience.\nAutomate operational tasks and workflows using Python, Bash, Go, or similar scripting languages.\nWhat We're Looking For\n6+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with a demonstrated track record in infrastructure automation and reliability engineering.\nProficiency with Kubernetes infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Terragrunt, and application deployment via Helm and Argo CD, with a solid understanding of GitOps principles and declarative workflows.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated, secure, and efficient software delivery.\nFamiliarity with enterprise secrets management platforms such as HashiCorp Vault, including dynamic secrets rotation and Kubernetes-native integrations.\nExperience designing and operating cloud (AWS, OCI) and on-premises infrastructure with a focus on security, scalability, and high availability.\nStrong Linux system administration skills with proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.\nExperience establishing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, with comfort participating in on-call rotations and incident management processes.\nWays of Working\nOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
