Working closely with marketing stakeholders, you will build dashboards, define measurement frameworks, and translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that drive smarter decisions. This is a role for someone equally comfortable diving deep into data and presenting strategic conclusions to senior leadership.\nAbout the Team\nZoom's Marketing Analytics team sits within IT and partners directly with the CMO organization to deliver data-driven insights that power global marketing decisions. The team combines analytical rigor with a collaborative approach, working across digital, social, email, and events channels to help Zoom's marketing organization understand performance and growth opportunities.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to track marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics across digital, social, email, and event channels\nConduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnel conversion rates, and attribution modeling to identify optimization opportunities and growth drivers\nPartner with marketing teams to define KPIs, establish measurement frameworks, and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign strategy and budget allocation\nAnalyze marketing experiments and ad-hoc requests to evaluate campaign effectiveness, measure outcomes, and validate hypotheses\nTranslate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights through presentations and executive-level reporting to drive strategic marketing decisions\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience\n3+ years of experience with SQL for data analysis and querying\n3+ years of experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development\nStrong understanding of digital marketing concepts including attribution modeling, customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, and marketing mix optimization\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex findings for executive audiences\nExperience performing statistical analysis using Python or R\nExperience building custom dashboards using JavaScript\nWays of Working\nOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
