The team combines deep data engineering expertise with a collaborative mindset, working to ensure that marketing decisions at Zoom are grounded in trustworthy, well-structured data.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and implement robust ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple marketing platforms and data sources\nDevelop optimized data models and schemas that support analytics and reporting requirements\nManage Airflow workflows for pipeline orchestration and dbt models for data transformation\nCreate and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting\nImplement comprehensive data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure accuracy and reliability\nPartner with analysts to transform raw data into actionable insights for marketing stakeholders\n What We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience\n5+ years of experience in data engineering\nExpert-level proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis\n2+ years of hands-on experience with both Airflow for pipeline orchestration and dbt for data transformation\nStrong expertise in AWS data services and cloud infrastructure\nProven track record of translating complex business requirements into scalable, production-grade data solutions\nExperience with marketing data and metrics such as attribution, campaign performance, or customer journey analytics; familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) or machine learning concepts applied to marketing is a plus\nWays of Working\nOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
