It's a sharpen, elevate, and accelerate role.\nYou'll sit within Zoom's Global Partner Program team and work alongside a dynamic cross-functional group spanning channel account management, channel sales engineering, channel operations, and professional services. If you're energized by optimization over creation, thrive in complexity, and love leaving things better than you found them - this role was built for you.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and evolve Zoom's Services Partner Program - driving strategic updates that keep it competitive, relevant, and scalable.\nIdentify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities within the current program and implement meaningful improvements.\nPartner with global enablement teams to ensure Zoom Channel Teams and Partners are fully equipped to leverage the program effectively.\nMaintain deep, ongoing engagement with Zoom Partners to stay connected to their business needs and surface insights that shape program direction.\nManage partner issues and escalations end-to-end - owning corrective action plans and driving them through to resolution.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Channel Sales Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, and Compliance to support program execution and governance.\nDevelop and maintain executive-ready reporting, insights, and program recommendations that inform strategic decisions.\nEstablish, monitor, and report on KPIs that reflect program health, partner performance, and overall business impact.\nWhat We're Looking For\n6-10+ years of experience working for or with Partners in a channel or alliance capacity.\n3+ years of experience building or managing partner programs.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.\nStrong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to influence and drive change across functional and business boundaries.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with tactful diplomacy in complexstakeholder environments.\nStrong financial and operational acumen - you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details.\n\nBonus Points If You Have\nExperience building or owning a Partner Services Program.\nBackground in Professional Services sales, consulting, or delivery.\nSalary Range or On Target Earnings:\nMinimum:\n$126,500.00Maximum:\n$276,700.00\n\nIn addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.\nNote: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.\nWe also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations\nAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
