Comprising individuals with varying levels of experience, the team promotes an open atmosphere. Knowledge sharing, innovation, and practical problem-solving are integral to their daily operations.\nResponsibilities\nMaintaining ZoomAIservices’ release deployment and maintenance.\nConducting in-depth investigations across various ZoomAIservices and environments to identify architectural or operational inefficiencies.\nDesigning and implementing enhancements in deployment pipelines and CI/CD automation to improve reliability and accelerate release processes.\nDesigning and implement zero-downtime Zoom services (99.999%)\nDeveloping CI/CD automation to maintain a scalable architecture.\nAutomating monitoring metrics, identify and troubleshoot service issues.\nWhat we’re looking for\nHave hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock.\nDemonstrate experience in Kubernetes and Docker.\nShow skills in using Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and other DevOps tools.\nBring expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and related monitoring tools.\nDemonstrate expertise in programming using Python, Shell, and various scripting languages.\nOwn experience in writing and managing Ansible Playbooks and working with Ansible Tower.\nExhibit deep understanding of Linux systems and shell environments.\nBring experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.\nSalary Range or On Target Earnings:\nMinimum:\n$87,600.00Maximum:\n$186,000.00\n\nIn addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.\nNote: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.\nWe also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations\nAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
