You’ll make things happen-fast.\nAs the Procurement Manager II, you will be responsible for supporting review, classification, storage, and reporting of customer and vendor contracts, which will include helping to implement company policy on contractual terms, implementing strategy in contract management, and assisting with contract compliance investigations.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage the end to end Procurement process for ZoomInfo contract labor needs, including intake, statement of work review, approvals, execution, and contractor onboarding. \nPrepare, review, execute and manage the process for approval of contracts, renewals, terminations and change orders in other categories as needed to support Procurement goals and objectives.\nPartner with stakeholders to plan and conduct low-to-medium complexity sourcing projects, including Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Quotes (RFP).\nDefine deal objectives, identify sourcing solutions, and implement negotiation strategies that meet/exceed business objectives.\nLead commercial negotiations as required and in line with business objectives\nEnsure financial processes are in place for processing of payments, invoices and work orders for suppliers and contracts.\nDevelop and maintain relevant financial, operational and service metrics for the Procurement Department that demonstrate the goals and objectives of the department.\nCollect and regularly review relevant vendor contracts ensure vendor compliance with service level objectives.\nBe a Liaison between vendors and the stakeholders for sourcing-related activities.\nParticipate in ongoing supplier governance activities. Be a resource to stakeholders for contract management and administration.\nDevelop and maintain contractual artifacts and participate in supplier reviews. Review SLA and other operational metrics.\nWhat You Bring:\nBA/BS degree. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training and experience.\n 2-4 years industry experience in product and services procurement, sourcing and contract administration.\n1-3 years of experience negotiating small to medium product and services agreements.\nGlobal experience preferred\nAbility to benchmark vendor spend against industry data to ensure that ZoomInfo consistently obtains highly competitive pricing.\nCollect and analyze financial market, business, or technical information to draw conclusions and make educated recommendations impacting the sourcing event.\nAbility to facilitate/conduct group meetings and presentations for internal and external clients at all levels.\nDemonstrated knowledge of spend analysis techniques.\nExperience with contract administration, governance and customer relationship management preferred.\nDemonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills within a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with vendors at all levels.\nHighly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities.\nAbility to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information.\n#LI-JH1 #LI-Hybrid\nActual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
