The right candidate for this role has an engaging personality, an eye for quality, and a drive to learn with us as we continue to improve the top-quality research processes that keep ZoomInfo ahead of our competition.\nWhat You'll Do:\nResearch required information primarily through online resources \nReview, verify, and improve information from technology-generated data sources\nWrite concise summaries of vital information collected from verbal or written sources\nEnsure accurate entry of data into a proprietary web-based portal\nVerify entered data by reviewing, deleting, or modifying data\nPrepare source data for entry by compiling and organizing data, as well as researching incomplete or unclear information\nRecord accurate documentation of sources and collected data\nMaintain confidentiality to protect operations and ensure customer confidence\nWhat You Bring\n3 to 5 years previous organic research experience\nExcellent in Firmographics , Company information and contact research\nHands-on experience in researching company websites, SEC filings, LinkedIn, and other publicly available sources.\nAbility to identify mergers, acquisitions, funding events, leadership changes, and other business signals through online research.\nExperience with G Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets) a plus\nPossess excellent computer and research skills\nGood understanding of corporate actions like mergers, acquisitions and parent-subsidiary relationships\nAbility to establish priorities and work independently with little supervision\nMaintain a high level of accuracy while balancing changes in workload\nThis is a mandatory hybrid role (3 days Work from Office and 2 days Work from home) and general shift.\nAbout us: \nZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM) is the Go-To-Market Intelligence Platform that empowers businesses to grow faster with AI-ready insights, trusted data, and advanced automation.
