This role is responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle from quote to cash, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between sales, legal, and finance teams while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in contract management.\nWhat You'll Do:\nQueue Management & Operations\nManage and prioritize Approvals, Closing, and Help Chat queues\nProvide backup support for Trials, Cases, and Auto Renewals queues as needed\nOwn assigned escalations and ensure timely resolution\nSupport JIRA ticket management in collaboration with Business Technology team\nContract Management & Processing\nExecute quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes and ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce (SFDC)\nReview and approve quotes for accuracy and compliance with company policies\nAssess signed DocuSign documents for opportunity closure and provisioning requirements\nBuild and customize quotes & contracts based on sales team specifications\nAddress sales representatives' contract and provisioning concerns with strategic recommendations\nCompliance & Risk Management\nMonitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations\nIdentify and assess contract-related risks\nEnsure all contract terms align with legal and business requirements\nStakeholder Collaboration & Support\nCollaborate effectively with Contracts team members, Sales, Legal, and Finance departments\nAnalyze and resolve internal stakeholder requests independently and professionally\nProvide expert guidance on contract management best practices\nSupport team audits and compliance initiatives\nProcess Improvement & Analytics\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and provide actionable insights\nBuild, own, and maintain Salesforce reports with custom conditions\nGenerate analytical reports to support business decision-making\nContribute to developing and implementing contract management best practices\nEnsure effective resource utilization and flag system errors/bugs through ServiceNow\nTraining & Knowledge Management\nTrain new hires and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team\nCreate and maintain training documentation and materials for internal use\nProvide ongoing training and guidance on contract management best practices\nSupport ad hoc projects as assigned\nWhat You Bring:\n5+ years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, or related role\nProficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) with report building capabilities\nExperience with DocuSign and contract management systems\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilities\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field\nExperience with JIRA and ServiceNow ticketing systems\nPrevious experience in training and documentation development\nFamiliarity with quote-to-cash (Q2C) or Deal Desk related processes\nExperience in process improvement initiatives\nAbout us: \nZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM), the all-in-one AI GTM platform, enables sales, marketing, and customer success teams to execute their go-to-market strategy with confidence.
