As a Frontend-Focused Full Stack Engineer on our Conversation Intelligence team, you will shape the experience layer of Chorus.ai - ZoomInfo's Conversation Intelligence platform - turning millions of analyzed sales calls into insights sellers actually use. You will own customer-facing product areas end-to-end, building the data visualizations, charting experiences, and AI-powered interfaces that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable. This is a high-visibility role on a product that sits at the center of how revenue teams understand their customers, with real influence over frontend architecture and design patterns across the team.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign and build polished, responsive UI components and data visualization/charting experiences that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable\nBuild and iterate on AI-powered tools and interfaces that surface deal insights, risk signals, and next-step recommendations in digestible ways\nCollaborate closely with designers and PMs to translate roadmap initiatives into well-scoped frontend architecture and execution\nContribute to backend REST APIs and services as needed to support new features, owning the contract rather than the deep implementation\nProvide technical leadership on frontend architecture, component design patterns, and performance, including code reviews that raise the UI/UX bar across the team\nTest, document, and maintain a frontend codebase that serves as an example to other engineers\nPartner cross-functionally to turn roadmap initiatives into shipped features that directly improve how sellers use Chorus.ai every day\nWhat You Bring:\nMust-Have:\n3+ years of relevant software engineering experience building production web applications, with React, Angular, or Vue as your primary discipline\nStrong grasp of frontend architecture: component design, state management, performance optimization, and responsive, accessible UI\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills; you are highly responsible, enthusiastic, and thorough\nExperience collaborating with designers and product managers to scope and ship frontend features end-to-end\nPreferred:\nWorking knowledge of, or genuine eagerness to learn, backend services and REST API development (Node.js or Python)\nFamiliarity with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and search technologies (Elasticsearch/Solr)\nExperience providing technical leadership or mentorship on a frontend team\nActual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
