able to guide teams on trade-offs between managed connectors and native integrations.\nSolid understanding of modern auth protocols in the context of third-party integrations, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API key management, with experience handling token lifecycle, scopes, refresh flows, and multi-tenant credential management.\nExperience working with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Google Cloud Bigtable, Redis), including data modeling, query performance, and operational considerations at scale.\nExperience with major cloud platforms (AWS or GCP); GCP familiarity is a plus, particularly Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and GKE.\nFluency in API design principles for integration-heavy systems: REST, webhooks, bulk sync, idempotency, retry semantics, and rate limiting.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills;
