You will work closely with platform, data, and infrastructure teams to design resilient systems that support high availability, observability, scalability, and reliable real-time processing. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will contribute to architecture and technical decisions while also helping improve engineering practices across the team.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and develop scalable backend services and RESTful/WebSocket APIs.\nBuild microservices using Go.\nDesign and optimize databases for high-volume telemetry and charging-session data.\nBuild event-driven systems and data pipelines using Kafka or similar messaging systems.\nWork on real-time and batch processing workflows for telemetry, energy metrics, and analytics.\nImprove application reliability, performance, monitoring, and observability.\nDeploy and operate services using Docker and Kubernetes.\nParticipate in system design, architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.\nHelp maintain high availability and contribute to engineering best practices.\nMentor and support junior engineers when required.\nRequirements:\nYou take ownership of systems from development through production.\nYou are comfortable debugging complex production issues and identifying root causes.\nYou think about scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability while designing systems.\nYou communicate technical decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with other engineering teams.\nYou are comfortable working in distributed systems and event-driven architectures.\nYou can work independently while knowing when to involve other team members.\n3-5+ years of backend development experience building scalable APIs and microservices.\nStrong proficiency in Go\nStrong understanding of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational/NoSQL databases.\nExperience with query optimization, indexing, schema design, partitioning, or replication.\nExperience building event-driven or distributed systems using Kafka or similar messaging systems.\nFamiliarity with GCP or other cloud platforms.\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or ELK.\nStrong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.\nExperience writing clean, maintainable, testable code with unit and integration tests.\nNice to Have:\nExperience working with EV charging, energy management, mobility, or IoT platforms.\nExperience processing high-volume telemetry or time-series data.\nExperience with real-time data processing and analytics pipelines.\nExperience with WebSockets or other real-time communication protocols.\nExperience with CI/CD and production infrastructure.\nExperience working with distributed systems at scale.\nExperience mentoring junior engineers or taking ownership of technical
