QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with a passion for quality and a drive to grow. You enjoy working in collaborative, fast-moving environments and are proactive in identifying potential issues before they reach users. You ask the right questions during requirement discussions, document clearly, and take pride in shipping software that works flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Implement and maintain automated testing solutions using tools such as Rest Assured.
• Perform manual and automated testing for API and web applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance.
• Document and evaluate test results, identify issues, and manage defect tracking.
• Ensure traceability between test cases, test results, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to solve complex problems in an agile environment.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals and deliverables.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a QA role with a good understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
• Solid skills in manual testing, functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience with additional web testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e. g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Exposure to version control tools (e. g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of agile and test-driven development (TDD) methodologies.
