plugins, permissions, notifications, and OS compatibility.\nOwn reliable mobile builds and releases while improving automation, deployment pipelines, versioning, and rollback processes.\nImplement secure coding practices and protect authentication, sensitive data, local storage, and API communication.\nGuide mobile engineers through technical decisions, design and code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.\nDrive refactoring, dependency modernisation, technical-debt reduction, and improvements to engineering productivity.\nPartner with Product, Design, Backend, QA, Data, and Platform teams to align technical decisions with product goals and delivery timelines.\n\nRequirements: \n6-8 years of software engineering experience, with significant production mobile development experience.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart, including application architecture, widget lifecycle, rendering, state management, and asynchronous programming.\nExperience owning the architecture and technical direction of a production Flutter application.\nStrong understanding of Android and iOS development, REST APIs, networking, local storage, caching, background processing, notifications, and deep linking.\nExperience with application performance optimisation, debugging, and production issue resolution.\nExperience writing unit, widget, and integration tests.\nExperience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and automated mobile builds and releases.\nStrong software design fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience building and scaling consumer-facing mobile applications.\nKnowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).\nExperience with payment, authentication, maps, location, analytics, or other third-party SDKs.\nFamiliarity with Firebase, Crashlytics, mobile observability, and performance monitoring.\nExperience with feature flags, staged rollouts, A/B testing, and automated release tools such as Fastlane or GitHub Actions.\nExperience with modular Flutter applications and reusable component libraries.\nExperience in automotive, mobility, EV, payments, or consumer technology.\nExperience working in a high-growth startup environment.\n\nGood to Have: \nA hands-on engineer who takes end-to-end ownership of mobile technical outcomes.\nComfortable making
