  • Prepare post-promo analyses and performance summaries
  • Support short-term tactical promo actions when needed (e.g. stock situations, competitive moves)

4) Shop & shelf management

  • Own the operational quality of category presentation in the shop (PLPs, search, recommendations, banners)
  • Coordinate with Product and Shop Operations on sorting rules, filters, upsell and cross-sell logic
  • Ensure strong visibility and correct execution of Own Brands
  • Regularly QA category pages and proactively fix content, navigation or presentation issues

5) Business performance & reporting

  • Monitor and maintain regular performance tracking on: Net Sales, Margin, Promo Spend , Key brands and categories, Availability and stock issues, Customer and product KPIs
  • Analyze deviations vs plan and prepare clear summaries and action proposals

  • Promos, pricing and shop setups are reliable and well controlled
  • Performance issues are detected early and clearly reported
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG or a similar commercial environment
