Backed by Amazon and founded to make transportation safer, cleaner, and more accessible, Zoox designs its vehicles entirely around the rider. We're currently operating in Las Vegas and San Francisco, with Austin and Miami on the horizon, and testing underway across seven U.S. markets.\nAbout Our Part-Time Student Worker Program\nZoox's student worker program puts you at the center of one of the most ambitious challenges in transportation. We're looking for students who bring strong academic foundations, curiosity that doesn't stop at coursework, and a drive to be part of something that matters.\nRole Overview\nThe ASTE team works on autonomy behavioral validation.\nResponsibilities\nThe triager role is to take on a list of \"events\" to be triaged, where each event is comprised of an Argus visualization link of hero's behavior (either in real life or in simulation), and there is a set of instructions on what to look for (what is a true issue and what is a false positive issue), and there are instructions on further analysis tools to determine this.\nThe triager will then look through all of the events and provide an analysis on the issues\nLook through lists of events \nUse visualization and analysis tools to work through this list of events.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nprovide feedback on each event as requested by the work requestor.\nData analysis / analytics\nStatistics / Applied math\nBonus Qualifications\nDigital Video and Multimedia Forensics\nFailure analysis\nTechnical writing\nProgram Requirements\nCurrently enrolled in a B.S. or M.S. program in a relevant discipline.\nAvailable to commit to a minimum three-month assignment.\nAble to commit a minimum of 40 hours per week.\nAble to work on-site at one of our office locations.\nMust adhere with Zoox confidentiality requirements, including refraining from using or sharing proprietary company information outside of Zoox, such as in academic research, theses, publications, or
