You will also plan, develop, and improve warehouse processes within our operations. Additionally, you are responsible for hiring and developing the operations team. You will assist us in transitioning to a more production-ready company.\nIn this role, you will:\nManage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, kitting, and cycle counting.\n\nEstablish the process to operate and maintain our warehouse equipment in optimum condition through KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in cost, service, quality, and safety.\n\nWork closely with other Team Leads and Program/Project Managers to ensure their team stays aligned with Zoox’s overall goals.\n\nManage and mentor 7-10 direct reports to execute and deliver to Zoox’s high standards.\n\nDevelop and implement the safety guidelines to ensure team safety.\n\nExecute second-shift warehouse operations to ensure on-time material delivery to production at efficient cost.\n\nTrack KPIs against budget and drive corrective actions when performance is off target.\n\nQualifications:\n10+ years of professional work experience in a product-based warehouse or logistics environment\n\n3+ years of experience leading 7-10 direct reports\n\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) -
