company’s VIP Visitor Program, delivering high-impact experiences.\nLead complex cross-functional initiatives focused on operational scalability, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness through development of standardized workflows, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and visibility tools.\nDrive adoption of operational programs and resources by facilitating company-wide training, change management, and rollout strategies that improve alignment, consistency, and execution across teams.\nIdeal candidates have served in senior program manager roles with significant exposure to executive leadership teams.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, CEO/COO office roles, project management, operations, chief of staff or a similar role.\nExperience with program management frameworks, strategic planning, and business operations.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and business writing skills.\nAbility to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.\nProven track record of leveraging AI to drive operational excellence in executive operations.\nAbility to synthesize complex strategic information into cohesive narratives (not just reporting data) \nBonus Qualifications:\nExperience in autonomous vehicle (AV) or technology industries.\nFamiliarity with corporate governance and executive reporting.\nExtensive experience with Google Suite, Confluence and Jira.\nStrategic planning & KIP design\nFinancial and
