In this role, you will drive the design and development of major infrastructure and platform components such as databases, REST APIs, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and tester orchestration. You will also collaborate closely across the manufacturing, hardware, and software teams.\nIn this role, you will:\nContribute to the development of test frameworks to support all factory testing at Zoox manufacturing sites\n\nDesign and implement server infrastructure to support manufacturing test activities\n\nDevelop applications to support manufacturing processes and common code libraries for test engineers\n\nDesign and build dashboards for manufacturing data, including metrics such as throughput and tester utilization\n\nQualifications:\nBS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; MS preferred\n\n6+ years of industry experience with software development focused on on-prem or cloud infrastructure\n\nExposure to software technologies used in manufacturing systems, such as MRP, MES, MQTT, SCADA systems, and IoT devices\n\nExperience with cloud deployment and infrastructure technologies, such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS\n\nDeep background in Python programming (scripting, web services, tool development, and test frameworks).
