observability, resilience, securityand incident readiness.\n\nHelp build reusable tooling, guardrailsand self-service foundations.\n\nContribute to platform standards across Cloud Infrastructure, DBA and DevX.\n\nSupport business-criticalservices through the shared on-call rota.\n\nAbout You:\nStrong hands-on AWS platform engineering experience in production environments.\n\nPractical Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, Terraform and Helm experience.\n\nStrong CI/CD experience, particularly GitHub Actions, and reusable-pipeline thinking.\n\nExperience with logging and monitoring, networking and protocols, scripting, secretsmanagement and service discovery.\n\nExposure to both AWS and Kubernetes, with sound coding experience.\n\nEvidence of designing secure, reliableand maintainable platform solutions.\n\nAutonomous delivery and constructive collaboration with application engineers.\n\nExperience supporting business-critical services through an on-call rota.\n\nAdded Bonus:\nExperience with Honeycomb, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Splunk, including SLO-led practices.\n\nPragmatic use of AI-assisted engineering tools to improve quality and
