Customer Success Associate

Reporting To: Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

TheCustomer Success AssociatewillberesponsibleforActive&PassiveClients.

ResponsibilitiesunderActiveClients:

Willbeinvolvedinthescopeofworkdefinitionprocessforeverynewproject.
Liaisingwiththetechnicalteamtogetupdatesontheprogressoftheproductimplementation.
Maintainingadetailedandaccuraterecordofallclientdetailsandcommunications.
Communicatingwiththeclientonadailybasisregardingtheprogressoftheimplementationof the product.
Betheclientrepresentativeandliaisewiththetechnicalteamtoensuretheclientgetsthebest
value out of the product.
Ensuringtorespondtoclientqueriesinaprofessionalandtimelymanner.
Providingclientswithrelevantinformationontheproductsandservicesofferedbythecompany.
Traintheclientontheproductduringhandoveraswellassupporttheclientoncetheproduct has been handed over.
ResponsibleforUserAcceptanceTesting(UAT),afterproductimplementationhasbeen completed.
Performingon-sitevisitstotheclient.

ResponsibilitiesunderPassiveClients:

Maintaininglong-lastingbusinessrelationshipswithclients.
Visittheclientsonceamonth.
Maintainconstantcommunicationwiththeclientandresolveclientqueries&issueswhichwill help in developing
new business & scope of work.

Location: Sheikh Zayed Road ( Opposite of Dubai
Future Museum)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8 am to 5 pm)
