AWS & Cloud Support : \n\n- Monitor and manage AWS services including RDS, S3, Lambda, and related cloud components.\n\n- Perform health checks and proactive monitoring of cloud-based applications.\n\n- Troubleshoot deployment issues, service outages, connectivity issues, and application failures.\n\n- Analyze AWS CloudWatch logs and alerts to identify and resolve production issues.\n\n- Support application availability, reliability, and performance across AWS environments.\n\n2. Python & Backend Support : \n\n- Debug and maintain Python-based backend services and applications.\n\n- Write Python scripts for automation, data processing, monitoring, and operational tasks.\n\n- Troubleshoot functional issues and perform detailed root-cause analysis.\n\n- Handle exception analysis and improve application error handling.\n\n- Support application enhancements and production fixes as required.\n\n3. PostgreSQL : \n\n- Perform query optimization and performance tuning.\n\n- Troubleshoot database-related application issues.\n\n- Manage database schemas and support schema changes and data migrations.\n\n- Perform and support backup and restore procedures.\n\n- Collaborate with DBA teams for complex database issues and performance bottlenecks.\n\n4. Kubernetes / EKS : \n\n- Manage Kubernetes pods, deployments, and services.\n\n- Support application deployments and configuration changes.\n\n- Handle scaling, rolling updates, and deployment rollbacks.\n\n- Diagnose container failures, pod crashes, resource bottlenecks, and service availability issues.\n\n- Monitor Kubernetes workloads and troubleshoot application/container-level issues.\n\n- Amazon EKS experience is preferred.\n\n5. Tableau : \n\n- Maintain and support Tableau dashboards and reports.\n\n- Troubleshoot data-source connectivity and refresh issues.\n\n- Perform dashboard performance tuning.\n\n- Investigate and resolve reporting/data-related issues.\n\n6.
