Generative AI / LLM :\n\n- 8+ years of overall software/AI engineering experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.\n\n- Experience building production-grade GenAI applications.\n\n- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, prompting and model selection.\n\n- Experience with commercial and/or open-source LLMs.\n\n- Strong experience with RAG architectures.\n\n- Experience with embeddings and vector databases.\n\n2. Agentic AI :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions.\n\n- Experience with Multi-Agent Orchestration.\n\n- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent.\n\n- Experience designing agent workflows, state management and tool calling.\n\n- Ability to build agents that interact with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.\n\n- Experience implementing agent guardrails and evaluation mechanisms.\n\n3. Enterprise Integration :\n\n- Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP systems and enterprise applications.\n\n- Strong REST/API integration experience.\n\n- Experience consuming external and real-time data sources.\n\n- Experience building tool/API layers for AI agents.\n\n- Understanding of enterprise security and access controls.\n\n4. Machine Learning / Data Science :\n\n- Strong foundation in classical Machine Learning.\n\n- Strong understanding of statistics and statistical modelling.\n\n- Experience integrating predictive/ML models with GenAI applications.\n\n- Experience with Python and common ML libraries.\n\n5. Cloud & Engineering :\n\n- Strong Python programming skills.\n\n- Strong software engineering and system-design fundamentals.\n\n- Experience with AWS/cloud-based AI architectures.\n\n- Experience with APIs, microservices and scalable backend systems.\n\n- Understanding of CI/CD, containerization and production deployment.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Procurement / Source-to-Pay / Supply Chain domain experience.\n\n- Experience developing procurement analytics or category intelligence solutions.\n\n- MCP / Model Context Protocol experience.\n\n- Real-time event/data processing.\n\n- AWS Bedrock or similar managed GenAI services.\n\n- Kafka or other streaming technologies.\n\n- LLM observability and evaluation platforms.\n\n- Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or similar.\n\n- Experience working in consulting or client-facing transformation projects.\n\nIdeal Candidate :\n\nThe ideal candidate should be a hands-on senior AI engineer/architect, not simply a prompt engineer or RAG developer.\n\nThe Candidate Should Be Capable Of :\n\n- Business Problem - AI Architecture - Multi-Agent Solution - Enterprise Integration - Production Deployment - Client Handover.\n\nTechnology Balance :\n\n- 50% - Classical ML / Modelling / Statistical Analytics.\n\n- 50% -
