Summary :\n\nWe are looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments.\n\nThe candidate should have strong expertise in SharePoint administration, patching, Microsoft 365 services, ticket management, and production support.\n\nThe role requires excellent communication skills and willingness to work in night shifts, including 6:00 PM3:00 AM or 9:00 PM6:00 AM.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Administer and support SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments.\n\n- Perform SharePoint administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Handle SharePoint patching activities, including planning, deployment, validation, and post-patching checks.\n\n- Troubleshoot SharePoint farm, site, application, access, and performance-related issues.\n\n- Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, users, groups, libraries, lists, and related configurations.\n\n- Provide administration and support for OneDrive for Business.\n\n- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams administration-related issues and integrations.\n\n- Monitor the health and availability of SharePoint and associated Microsoft 365 services.\n\n- Handle production incidents, service requests, and operational issues through ticketing tools.\n\n- Analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide appropriate resolutions within defined SLAs.\n\n- Coordinate with other infrastructure and application teams for issue resolution and escalations.\n\n- Participate in planned maintenance, upgrades, patching, and change activities.\n\n- Prepare operational reports and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.\n\n- Follow defined ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.\n\n- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding incidents, changes, and planned activities.\n\nMandatory Skills:\n\n- 8+ years of SharePoint Administration experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, SharePoint Patching, SharePoint troubleshooting, and SharePoint site and permission administration.\n\n- Experience in OneDrive for Business administration and troubleshooting.\n\n- Experience supporting/administering Microsoft Teams.\n\n- Experience handling production tickets/incidents.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good understanding of ITIL processes.\n\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.\n\nShift Details:\n\n- Candidates should be comfortable working in either of the following shifts: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM or 9:00 PM 6:00 AM.\n\n- Night-shift
